What are the shipping charges at Tammy Mart?

Tammy Mart offers free standard shipping on all orders above $11. For orders below $11, a flat shipping charge of $9.99 applies.

How long do deliveries usually take after I place an order?

Delivery depends on your zip code. Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 7–10 working days.

Can I return or replace the product?

If you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange/replacement.

Are there any costs for returning an item if I don't like it?

For returns initiated for personal reasons (not defects or damage), the customer covers the return shipping charges. If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is free. Share photos of the issue by emailing customercare@tammymart.com and we will arrange a pickup and initiate a replacement.

Are your bedsheets 100% cotton?

Yes, all our bedsheets are made from 100% long staple cotton — no blends, no synthetic mixing.

Does the fabric shrink after washing?

Slight shrinkage may occur on the first wash, but it's minimal if washed as instructed in our Wash Care guide.

What are your measurements for Single / Queen / King?

Sizes are listed in the product descriptions and on our Size Chart. We also offer custom sizes upon request.
